Ágora Familiar is an app for all family members and users or any new user who wishes to register.The objective of this application is to provide families with all the relevant information about the daily life of the resident in the center: therapeutic activities, menus, billing, contractual documentation, among others.At the same time, the family member may have direct communication with the professional of their choice.From Family Agora, the family member has access to the following functionalities:-Access the generic documentation of the center: menus, rates, recreational activities, etc. As well as the personal documentation of the relative: contracts, invoices, PAIs and other documents. The main relative will be able to manage, for the rest of the relatives, the access to certain contents.From this section you can also sign, digitally, the documentation associated with the deposit or the contractual documentation.-Start a conversation, through Chat, with the professional of your choice, selecting it from the organization chart of the center.This functionality will be subject to the availability of the required professional and, in no case, will it entail the obligation of an immediate response for the same. From this section, the relative will be able to view the News section in which the centers announcements will be seen.-Respond to satisfaction surveys to know the aspects of improvement of the services provided. The surveys may be personal or anonymous, they will be differentiated by an identifying icon.-Send suggestions that help improve and enhance all areas of attention in the center.
